Meet the Founder

Matt Hertig

I spent nearly twenty years as co-founder and CEO of my own company — six-time Inc. 5000 honoree — before I exited it myself. I learned the gap firsthand: you can build a business worth millions and still have no real plan for turning that value into wealth you actually control. Most owners find that out too late, after one advisor handled the insurance, another the investments, and no one connected the two to the exit. The PAID Method™ is the framework I built to close that gap — Protect, Align, Integrate, Distribute — and Owner Advisory Group is how I deliver it: as the single advisor who leads the strategy, instead of one more name in a fragmented list.
